Verifying
During verification testing engineers identified a small number of customer sites unable to pass traffic. All other sites and all agents are verified as operational. Engineers continue to work to identify the source of disruption for the remaining sites.

The ControlOne US-Northeast region will be undergoing a critical security update to system components during this time. Connectivity will be interrupted for a two minute period during the window, and existing TCP/UDP sessions may time out or experience variable latency.
